Royal Island, opened in 2001 is located in Baa Atoll,
which is approximately 110km from the Airport. Royal
Island is just 800 meters long and 220 meters wide
and has beach all around with an excellent marine
life around.
The island is fabricated with attractive sugar white
sandy beaches, set among the lush tropical vegetation
with majestic coconut palm plantation and the warm,
crystal-clear, waters make for superb underwater visibility,
revealing a giant living aquarium, teeming with rainbow-colored
fish and fascinating marine life. Royal Island certainly
